 Re: 2013-2014 NFL Discussion
Completely agree. I guess it's just weird seeing them near the bottom of that division.

Very!
And now with Clay out a while, they might stay down there. But only if Detroit/Chicago start playing well.

Lions clearly need Megatron. I would also love to see the Bears actually not choke in the second half of the season this year.

More that the Falcons will probably not make the playoffs this year. He will probably retire after the season. Part of me wishes he would go back to the Chiefs for last season, but I don't see that happening.

Giants and Chiefs are probably my pick for the 2 most surprising teams of the year. CAN'T believe Giants have yet to win a game....also can't believe Chiefs have yet to lose one

 Re: 2013-2014 NFL Discussion
The Chiefs are 6-0, and I think it is because of their defense. They have the best defense in the NFL by far with 10 sacks today and 3 INTS one that went for a pick 6.

5-1, bitches. The next two weeks are must-win games, though. Even though I'm more worried about San Francisco, it would be good to move a step closer to burying Arizona and St. Louis in the standings. However, it is hard to be very invested in the Seahawks when I will not be able to watch the vast majority of their games this season (and next).

I can only get the radio broadcasts which is okay but not as good as watching it live. So, there are only two unbeatens left, I had a feeling the Saints would go down first. Who goes down next here are the schedules for the next few weeks Denver: at Indy Washington Bye San Diego Kansas City at New England at Kansas City Kansas City Houston Cleveland at Buffalo Bye at Denver San Diego Denver Denver probably has he toughest game over the next three weeks being at Indy. Kansas City should have no trouble with Houston with the way they are playing. Cleveland and Buffalo could be potential upsets though.

 Re: 2013-2014 NFL Discussion
I'm surprised Broncos and Chiefs aren't playing one another for another 5 weeks. But agreed, Broncos/Indy game should be another high-scoring shootout. Wouldn't be surprised if Luck and Manning each throw for 400+ yards. Chiefs should handily beat the Texans. I'm sure the Chiefs defense can continue the Texan's streak of 5 straight games with a pick-6

KC can split with Denver.
But Denver has a tough (4 of 5) stretch... At Ind, vs KC, At NE, At KC

Its the Chiefs defense that is doing it. They have an amazing front 7 and maybe one of the best secondaries in the NFL.

Chiefs defense is the reason they're 6-0, and Broncos offense is the reason they're 6-0. Everyone knows which wins super bowls though. However, Broncos D should look better with Von Miller back

I am really hoping the Falcons lose 2 of the next three and then trade Gonzalez back to the Chiefs. It is probably a pipe dream, but at this point they are his only chance at a SB.

I predict Denver will have the 1 seed in the West! (I thought the same thing going into the season).
I have no predictions about the playoffs. If only Payton could play in a dome during the playoffs..

Yep, the Chiefs are the last unbeaten team left, who would have thought that.
