Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
I'd say season 4 is my favourite. The last few episodes...

Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
The last 3 or 4 episodes of season 4 probably can't be topped, but season 3 is a more consistent, perfectly structured thing, and if I had to choose one, that would be it

Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
I haven't read this thread but thanks for making it.
I decided to start watching this via netflix a couple days ago. I remember when it first aired but only had time for the first couple episodes then never got to tune in again but after blasting through season 1 and now I think I'm almost done with season 2 I'm loving the show. I love how you get aspects of the drug trade from the low to the high, the expense of the healthcare system and the dynamic of all the family relationships. I think it's really good quality and interesting stuff.
Currently, I think I'm on episode 13 of season 2. I can't believe there were so many episodes compared to the first 1 but I'm glad it's kept me glued tonight. I have to say just before this girl Jessie had around was extorting his money for him I really thought she was gonna skip town with all the cash. It was surprising but not surprising at the same time to see Walter choose to do nothing since that was the only thing he could do to protect himself obviously.
Well, I"m back to the show to continue my catching up.

Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
I'm at episode 6 of the 4th season.
The 4th season is definitely my favorite thus far and I hear it only gets better towards the end. Jessie might now be my favorite character on the show and I have more appreciation for Anna Gunn as Skyler. Everything is just working percetly at the mmoment. I've watched five episodes over the last 24 hours...
Oh and the scene when Walt outs on his Heisenberg hat and slowly walks towards' Gus house....so BADASS!

Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
The second half of season 4 is probably the best run of the series. So yeah, you're in for quite a treat here.

Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
The best run of any series that I have seen yet were the second half of the third Lost season, the first half of the 5th "24" season and the final episodes of the 7th The Shield season. The bar is set high.

Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
I went through the entire Season 4 in less than three days. Last time I have been this addicted was when I started catching up on "24"...

Re: My Breaking Bad catch-up thread
It seems like I'm the only one who took forever to watch the show but I watched the last 5 episodes of Season 4 in the last 2 days. Holy crap!!! Amazing. The only problem I had was I don't really give a crap about Jesse's love interest or the kid as I feel like they were barely developed but whatevs, can't wait to watch S5 now.

Hehe, it was similar with me for S4, seen the last seven episodes in one day.
