If I played every team, every week, my record would be 63-14?!

Insane.

That Matt Forte trade is just awful, even worse than the Tom Brady trade. Especially since every team in the league is in need of a stud RB whereas most already have a set QB, for sure you would get better offers than an aging TE.

Not to mention Demarius Thomas has been more valuable than Mike Wallace this year so it's uneven just in the WR swap as well.

Seriously???

Alex, you are only complaining because it makes our matchup competitive. Tony Gonzalez has been the #1 TE and it's a spot where Chip is lacking. Matt Forte has been mediocre and fills a void on my team. That's why you trade. Demaryius Thomas is about the equal to Mike Wallace -- he's a high upside WR who has to compete for looks with another stud (Decker and Brown). Except, y'know, Wallace just got 14 targets in a game. Both are desirable less-than-desirable options, if you catch my drift. Wallace has a multi-season track record, Thomas has Manning.

Pretty much everyone I asked leading to that trade couldn't tell me who was getting the richer side. What's clear is that it helps both of our teams evenly.

If you want to veto your way and waiver-wire-vulture your way to victory in a FREE league, well...cool for you I guess

I would have accepted that deal Rev. You could even replace Bush with a less valuable player. Go for it all this year Rev, don't be the Washington Nationals.

You can only veto so many times before your fingers comes off. Its science.

Actually, I have less problems with the Forte trade than wirh the other trade. It is basically Dwayne Bowe for crap.

I see no problem with my trade. I needed an upgrade at TE, and it was either Gonzo or Gronk and no Gronk trade was working. I had too many RB's and felt the Thomas/Wallace swap will be about even by season's end.

Again, Alex, you offered me Ben Tate and Andrew Hawkins for Malcom Floyd and Roddy White. I just don't see how you have grounds to bitch when you architect a trade like that. Maybe I should've counter-offered Aaron Rodgers for Legarette Blount.

I kinda agree on the Bowe trade, by the way, but I see some logic for trixster. He's giving up a WR he won't use anyway for three RB options given MoJo's injury. He's not giving away the farm. If I view it under Alex's lens, I guess I could interpret Dwayne Bowe as a hot commodity and therefore the trade would be uneven...

That's exactly it. Bowe will be sitting on my bench anyway, and I need RB help with MJD out. It may seem lopsided, but that's the price I'm willing to pay. So please don't veto.

Can Thug overrule -- and execute the trades manually?

To be honest, both trades should go through. We are all trying to qualify for the playoffs -- so it's not like we're intentionally structuring lopsided trades.

I think trix vetoed his own trade once he realized other players were giving away good rbs like forte and Bush so cheaply, devaluing the three lottery tickets rbs (only needed just one to hit) I was offering.

trix, you have a lot of stud wr's on his team, I'm sure you will be able to make a better offer for day forte or bush that what got accepted, maybe you can convince one of them to trade with you instead.

Um, I didn't veto my own trade. If I had, I wouldn't have been complaining about you guys vetoing it.

I just made you a more-than-fair offer for Rashad Jennings and Andre Brown and you turned me down. I've tried trading for both Forte and Bush and they weren't accepted. I'm not sure what else I can do. Other than accepting obviously terrible trades, like getting Turnover Romo, Trent Richardson, and Justin Blackmon for Peyton, Colston, and Goodson. Nice try, Animosity. I'm not that stupid.

Sounds like you vetoed your own trade when you realized there were offers to be made

Also, trix -- if we get thru this week and I get Forte, I'm more than willing to trade with you for an RB. Fairly, I might add.

I'll accept it, but it'll probably just get vetoed again.
