Let's hope he & the Rangers offense stay on fire against the Cards or Brewers

I think we could very well see Detroit v. Texas again next year. Both teams aren't set to lose that much in the offseason. That all depends on what happens to CJ Wilson.

Re: 2011 Major League Baseball Discussion
Is St. Louis really going to the World Series? Baseball makes no sense.
I'm surprise this isn't a bigger deal, but Fielder and Pujols and free agents after this season. Yankees and Sox already have first basemen, so who is it gonna be? I say Cards resign Pujols, but Fielder goes to the Angels or Rangers.

Re: 2011 Major League Baseball Discussion
I feel like the Rangers might try to make a splash when CJ Wilson leaves. Kinda like how they signed Beltre after losing Lee, even though Michael Young was already at third base.

With that said, I'm leaning Cards in 6 here. You can thank me later Magnus and Rev

REV, WE GOT THIS SHIT LOCKED UP! START THE PARTY! thx, BKB The Cards are going to breeze through this series and make this one of the easier WORLD SERIES wins St.Louis will have achieved.. I mean, who the fuck are the Texas Rangers for heaven sakes and why should we care???If this were the Yankees, I could see here being a small problem, buit come on already.. I rate the Texas Rangers right up there with the Milwaukee Brewers: They both SUCK..

Yes, but to win, they would need to be on a roll.

Re: 2011 Major League Baseball Discussion
9th inning - 2nd and 3rd no outs, Texas at bat. 1-0. I guess I picked the right time to tune in.
I'm rooting for Texas to prove I'm right that the American league is better.

Wow, just wow, the first blown save in the 9th since Mo in 2001, that cost the Yanks a world series.
