2010. Basically, the best team in baseball through the whole regular season. Unlike the injuries finally took their toll. Destroyed the Twins in the playoffs with a 3-0 sweep and then lost 4-2 in the Championship Round.

Anyway, if the Yankees lucked out and won the WS in 2010, the ownership might have been fooled into not upgrading the team in 2011. Especially since standing pat in 2010 turned out to be a mistake.
So can't wait to see what 2011 signings the Yankees make to improve their team.

Lee started to become hittable from late 6th inning on. Should not have pitched to Renteria with 1st base open and less dangerous hitter on deck.
