Really glad about the Beasley pick up; it helped to eliminate one mistake (Thorton) made in the draft.

Re: WOKJ 2010-11 NBA Fantasy Basketball
Great pickup of Beasley, I was thinking of using my #2 waiver priority on him but instead used it a couple days earlier for Antawn Jamison. Your draft was terrific particularly the steals you got at $4, I am still struggling to recover from my horrible draft which I only have one player remaining from the draft (Steph Curry).

well i feel like a complete DB for not fixing my lineup before I went out of town...sat Eric Gordon and Kobe for 3 games each.... I think I might have won the matchup with those instead of losing 3-7

Great comeback Levy. Down 9-1 midweek and your guys nearly tie it. That's impressive. I thought I was gonna jump out to a 5 game lead in the standings.

Noah down for 8-10 weeks, ouch. Open to trades for big guys, and to people who think waiting for Noah would be worth it.

Dwight Howard will make sure you get free throw % lol. I don't think I've won that category all year. I'm a little bummed that neither Westbrook or Felton are making an impact this week. It's a little anti-climatic after our big trade.

Happy Rev? Even though I shouldn't be helping people with butt monkeys (wearing #6) on their team.

Re: WOKJ 2010-11 NBA Fantasy Basketball
This is the most lopsided trade, that will make the already #1 Luxury Tax that much more impossible to beat. I can't believe it hasn't been vetoed yet.
Kevin Durant last night look to have returned to his consensus #1 fantasy spot, delivering crazy performances last several games after fully recovering from early injuries in the season. He can singlehandedly win you multiple categories.
Meanwhile, despite a great season start, Russell Westbrook's production has dropped off considerably ever since Durant returned healthy (see how Westbrook's ranks continue to spiral downward from avg 20th season to 31th last 30 days to 93rd last 14 days to 122th last 7 days).
Brandon Bass's production may be decent now but will lose minutes once the new players get more comfortable in the rotation not to mention Magic's plan to acquire another big.
Worst of all, Brandon Roy is permanently injured and could get shut down for the rest of the season any day now. Even Tracy McGrady is more reliable nowadays.

Re: WOKJ 2010-11 NBA Fantasy Basketball
Sorry for getting your trade vetoed, I probably wouldn't have said anything if I wasn't facing you this week. Being absolutely slaughtered by you this week made me notice just how crazy stacked your team is even without the Durant trade! (I needed to purposely bench all my non-PG's players just to barely eke out wins in A/T and FT% and prevent from losing to you 9-1!)

That's cool. I was starting to worry I was giving up too much anyways, on the chance that Roy can get healthy.

From 8-2 to 5-5 just because of Nowitzki's injury.

Looks like Roy is out for the year. Really doesn't matter though. I love fantasy basketball.

The injury bugs are really hitting now. Butler is out for the year, and I'm in the scrambling mode again.
