If he keeps doing what's he's been doing and leads his team to undefeated season than the Heisman is all his.

As we saw by their Terrible Defense, there is 0.01% chance of them going undefeated. Indiana...r u kidding. As for his heisman chances, if he gets stuffed in a real big game then those might disappear. Right now he's racking up yards on bad teams. I want to see what he does against more quality teams that actually have defenses.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
Oregon looks pretty scary to be able to bounce back and roll over Stanford in the 2nd half. Though I do think OSU or AZ will catch'em.
Alabama is the absolute #1 team I think. Total domination of Florida again. How they win with that QB though is ridiculous.
OU is undefeated for another week but boy do they get super sloppy in the 4th quarter. Instead of putting teams away they just want to give them chance after chance.
Glad to see OSU, VT and Nevada all won to help Boise's cause.

EVERY team plays bad teams. He's putting up insane numbers never seen before. Even if they lose 4 games, it's his.

Michigan pass defense is 120th in the country. That's dead last.

Yeah yeah, it's because they're always leading. Teams HAVE to throw to keep up!

Michigan landed one of the top RB's in the country in Dee Hart tonight. Picked Michigan over Bama. He's gonna be the Slaton to Denard.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
When your defense can't stop anybody, and you put the game on the shoulders on a QB making his sixth start... this is what happens.
Michigan will bounce back, they have their moments on D. There was also some BAD play calling on offense.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
Okay, so MI St is out of the question.
Wisconsin * - - at Madison, Wis. 7:15 p.m. Purdue * - - Columbus, Ohio 12:00 p.m. Minnesota * - - at Minneapolis, Minn. 8:00 p.m. Penn State * - - Columbus, Ohio TBA Iowa * - - at Iowa City, Iowa TBA Michigan * - - Columbus, Ohio
I still think Michigan can win because it's a rivalry game. PSU has no chance. IA maybe has a change. Best hope is Wisconsin.

Wisc/Iowa/Mich are really the only potential losses left. ONLY because Wisc/Iowa are away games for OSU.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5673225Brad Edwards projects Boise St to be the #1 team in the first BCS were it produced today. Now it could change by next week, but even then I'm not so sure I believe it. I'm guessing UO and OSU played teams that were Div 2 or am I wrong? I would think OU has the more difficult schedule of the undefeateds so far but they are ranked so low I can understand them not being #1 in this projection. I'm hoping Oregon St and Va Tech keep on winning. That will keep both Boise and TCU propped up.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
Coaches Poll Week 5.
1 Ohio State (49) 6-0 1455 2 Oregon (6) 6-0 1388 3 Boise State (1) 5-0 1335 4 Nebraska (2) 5-0 1272 5 TCU (1) 6-0 1213 6 Oklahoma 5-0 1193 7 Auburn 6-0 1060 8 Alabama 5-1 1029 9 LSU 6-0 1021 10 Utah 5-0 940 11 Michigan State 6-0 838 12 South Carolina 4-1 835 13 Arkansas 4-1 780 14 Iowa 4-1 710 15 Stanford 5-1 618 16 Wisconsin 5-1 542 17 Florida State 5-1 496 18 Oklahoma State 5-0 478 19 Missouri 5-0 434 20 Arizona 4-1 367 21 Nevada 6-0 329 22 Florida 4-2 242 23 Air Force 5-1 151 24 Michigan 5-1 137 25 West Virginia 4-1 88
What I like most is that #1 votes were spread out between so many teams. I don't know why so many simply moved to OSU as their #1 though. I thought it'd be a bit more spread out between Boise, UO and OSU.

 Re: 2010 College Football Season
Death To The BCS comes out this week. Heard it's incredible.
Also, Boise was #1 in ESPN's "pre" BCS poll... But then stated that even if Boise wins out, if others won out, they would jump Boise. WHAT? How in the world could you be ranked #1... win out... and NOT play for the Championship?
FUCK the BCS.

because other teams schedule's get harder while Boise's get easier.
I would love to see Boise in the national championship game. Hopefully it will lead to a playoff system the next season.
