At the biggest theater in my area, all openers get 1 screen each, while Hitch and Constantine remain on two.

Actually that's the same for us too, we got two for Mad Black Woman, and one each for the other openers.
Hitch is still on 2 and a half screens, and Constantine's still on 3 screens.

Pretty much the same, except my theatre also has Man of the House on two. Cursed is on one screen here (rare for a high-profile new release), so I'm wondering if it will be able to make more than $15M without 3000+ theatres.

Cursed's screen count isn't too encouraging.
Anyways, I'm seeing Cursed tomorrow night, and I'm looking to see atleast one other movie this weekend. Maybe Closer, if it's anywhere close by. If not, I *might* see Man of the House with some friends. It's personally something I could have waited until DVD for, but it doesn't make a difference to me either way.

Since I can't bother you about seeing Sideways anymore, do try to see Closer!

I know Libs (it seems to be working! Next up: Maria Full of Grace) will nag you about another film once you see Closer, but, really, DO see it. You seem like the guy who doesn't mind films that are depressing, so long as they are exciting. I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, but, the discussion on "who came" and "how good it was" should keep your eyes glued .
If anything else, see it for Portman. Even though we're not supposed to like the stripper in the movie, she's very attractive in her several...outfits...

CLOSER was great. One of the best of the year. And I actually like Portman's character in it. Plus, Portman is one of my very favorite stars of the year! She was so great in Garden State and Closer.

Scream 3 was pretty packed when I saw that at 2 -- I remember specifically because I cut my final class period to go see it.
