Thank you Pittsburgh (fuckers!), thank you New Jersey, and thank you Toronto.
We'll see about that. Leafs are almost out of the bottom 2 baby! Only 3 points back from the Bruins feeling the wrath of our annual meaningless March stretch run
I find it humourous that they almost blew a four-goal lead to the Oilers.

Thank you Whalers.
But at this point I have no idea who the Bruins should face. Magnus brings up Buffalo and he's pretty much right on the money, but I think that's who the Bruins matchup best against. Either that or Washington...if Thomas and Rask play out of their minds. And although we've competed well against Pittsburgh, I don't think the Bruins want any part of them. So right now I think they're shooting for either 8th or 6th. Their chances aren't great of getting out of the first round (if they hang on to get in), but if Rask plays like he has all year, they could possibly do something.
No, that was last season. The Oilers had beat the Wings in all three of their previous games this year.

Never mind. I figured the Bruins could've at least scored one goal against one of the worst teams in hockey.

Well, that's one more point than I thought we were going to get in D.C. And the potential matchup against the Devils wouldn't be so bad. I'm not sure if we would win, but both teams play similarly. All I know is that if we can avoid Pittsburgh and Washington, the better our chances of getting out of the first round are.

Eh, I wouldn't be too worried about the Canadiens. Theodore seems to be playing well enough to go up against Price, and that would be the only place where the Canadiens could have an advantage.
shut the fuck up zwackerm, you're out of your fucking element

Any talk up there about who the Oilers might pick first?
There's rumours that they're leaning towards Hall, since he played so well with Eberle in the world juniors, but it's really up in the air.

Either way though it sounds like both teams are getting solid and high potential players in Hall and Seguin right, kind of like with Oden and Durant in the NBA draft a couple of years ago (although hopefully they'll both won't be as injury prone as Oden)?
I admit, I know nothing about the NHL draft, but I'm excited about it. The last time the Bruins had a pick this high was when they drafted Joe Thornton. Mix that pick in with a free agent goal scorer and add it to the team the Bruins have now, they have the potential to be very good next year.
