1) There is a birth certificate.
2) The birth was announced in two local papers. Unless his parents were grooming him for a Presidential run, why would they, if he was really born in Kenya, have published an announcement? The simple reason is because HE WAS BORN THERE. There is no other reason they would have done this that makes any sense.

Just release the original birth certificate to the public and everyone should then be convinced without any reservations.

However, part of me thinks he enjoys this "controversy" as it distracts people from questioning his continued escalation of the war in afghanistan, the 23 trillion that's been stolen, the petty stimulus packages passed to please the public and his falling poll numbers among many other things.

I've been over that. There are two types. The hospital has a more detailed version available that they are not allowed to release but the President can do so if he chooses. He won't and that's that.
