W's could probably take that series in 6 without Yao to bother them inside. i hope they go on a losing streak and not make it. GO NUGGETS!

 Re: NBA 2007-2008 season
The Ford fiasco has officially it's breaking point. The only thing sadder than him trying to be MJ every 4th quarter and his ejection today, is the fact that Sam has played him every damn 4th quarter, game after game...

Not looking very good for the Lakers unless Gasol comes back soon.

Looks like the streak ends tonight.
The only difference I can see is Boston is getting pretty much EVERY rebound.

Damn. I was hoping we could've kept them under 70. The Celtics defense tonight was just dominant. And, we did it all without Ray Allen. Again.

 Re: NBA 2007-2008 season
They almost shot identical percentages.
But, again, Boston got a SHITLOAD of rebounds, which led to 18 more shots, which they made 9 of.

I still need to see how they're going to do under the pressure of the big lights. It's an entirely different game when you're in the ECF or Finals. They do not play as well against teams that grind it out and match their defensive intensity like Cleveland and Detroit... which is looking to be their 2nd and 3rd round opponents. And both of those teams (Detroit, Cleveland) kick it up a notch in the playoffs, whereas I'm not sure Celtics have another gear yet.

haha I love the Heat. Our franchise record for fewest points allowed in a half (26).

 Re: NBA 2007-2008 season
God damn, if I have to see Ford starting the 4th quarter one more time... It's gotten to the point where it's obviously not just a blind move, this is Sam's "comprimise" for putting him on the bench. There's really no other explanation for our superior PG and starter sitting for 10-12 straight games in the most important part, especially when the other guy gets the MJ complex every close game (this one he was a little better, but still got exposed on defense and gave up a 10 point swing anyways), and screws up any chemistry we have going into the final quarter. Any other coach that witnessed the mess in the 4th quarters the last 3 weeks would've shut him down the first or second time it happened. The coach isn't supposed to be bullied by a player's ego... just sad

 Re: NBA 2007-2008 season
Good win for the Rockets, especially after how awful they looked offensively the last couple of games. Now 2-2 for this tough 5-game stretch.

Sooo Darko's finally putting things together... still only 22, hardly time to write him off yet. I'd almost trade Bargnani for him.
