 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Just one thing to point out. I watched the Pats game in a sports bar. Chargers fans are the MOST annoying fans I've ever encountered. And EVERY Green Bay fan was cheering for San Diego as well. And as I walked out, I yelled "Good luck making it to Glendale"

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Those 2 late hits against Jacksonville by Harrison were iffy calls at best.
He hit the guy falling about half a second late. He hit the guy out of bounds before he was even out of bounds.

When the Giants win it'll be the BIGGEST UPSET since Joe Namath's guarantee in SB 3.

Each of those decades had dominant teams that won 3-4 SBs. Sure they were hated but the drove the popularity of the league. Those dynstaties were only hated in their last SB win. Not too many people hated the Pats the last time they won the SB.

Awesome for the Giants, they beat the one and Two team in there division, the greatest is in there way now.
If the Giants can keep it close like they did in Week 16 it'll be a fun watch
The Pats are about to make history (19-0)
prediction
(31-27)

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Nothing wrong with talking shit, but Harrison does it to the extent where we get fucked over by it with penalties. Meriweather has played some nasty defnese the past 3 weeks; including a nice open field tackle on 3rd n 1 today to make it 4th n 1.

Unbelievable. Conspiracy theory time: It's rigged! Fox would much rather have a huge market like New York in it than Wisconsin. Favre vs. Brady would have made bigger ratings than Boston vs. New York

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Everyone who thinks the Pats will blowout the Giants is as delusional as anybody thinking the Giants have a chance to win this game.
When was the last game the Patriots had a real blowout? Plus: They won't run up the score because the Giants gave everything against them in week 17. If the Giants had only played with their reserves their unbeaten record would have been tainted. Now they're a team for eternity...

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Just rewatched that last kick by Tynes. That was actually a really great one. It probably would have been good from 52 yards. At -4F that is quite a feat...

WTF???
The local television affiliate in Green Bay had canceled all airing of Seinfeld this week. Seinfeld is Eli Manning’s favorite show, and Wisconsin football fans didn’t want baby bro to feel at home.

There are morons everywhere. I remember the Giant fan that shot and killed the Dodger fan. I don't think it means anything about Patriot fans.
