NO played Atlanta twice and San Fran once. Giants played Atlanta once and San Fran once.
Since that would be tied, they would look at conference record. And if NO wins out and the Giants lose tonight, then the Saints would get in!!! cool, the Redskins play into this too, of course they have got a very tough schedule. They play Minnesota and the Cowboys.

I can see Washington winning ONE of those games... but not both.

Washington's secondary just looked towards Eli in disgust...
He is truly terrible.

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Pats need 34 points to break the single season scoring record.

I think if I was a Giants diehard my head would be exploding right now. Eli Manning has to be clutch against a pretty good team next week or your fate is not in your hands...

Btw I think Green Bay's going to the Superbowl. Romo does not have my faith after last year. At least not compared to Brett.

This year the Cowboys are playing better on the road (6-0) than at home (6-2). If they somehow lose one of the next 2 games i wouldn't mind it all. We CAN beat the Packs in Lambeau Field. Be the 2nd second team to do so in the playoffs (the other being Atlanta).

 Re: 2007 NFL Discussion
Since nobody has mentioned it, congratulations to Brett Favre for breaking the last of the major records. He now has the most passing yards of any quarterback in the NFL ever. I could see a Bal/Pat type performance from Miami next week. I'll tell you right now that I'm going to pick NE but I'm rooting for Miami. I really think the Packers are a better team than Dallas. I think if the rematch is between two healthy teams, GB will win. Look at GB's two loses. One was to the oldest rivalry team in the NFL, Chicago. Yes, Chicago's not a good team. But all goes out the window when they meet. Kind of scares me about next week in Chicago. Against Dallas, GB was banged up, missing several key players, and ran into horrible officiating. They also came out with a stupid gameplan, ignoring what got them there. They took too many shots downfield, instead of doing what they're good at. Eliminate those things, and it's a totally different matchup between GB and Dal.

The game certainly hasn't started well for GB. Luckily, they aren't down by much.
