Jack, Anime & Manga are totally different at least for me. I love anime adaptation more than manga reading. Well, I have complete this part and read it at least 7-8 times back in last year. But, Visual are more anticipating for me rather than Manga. So, it's still a spoiler alert. BTW, where are you going to watch?

If you are from Asia, you can watch on Netflix from tomorrow (atleast after 11:45-12:00 pm today)

I believe it is the biggest debut in the anime history. Almost, every network, VOD service are rushing for license. Even, MUSE did not got the permission to distribute in YouTube for wider audience experience in various platform. Oh..I love ittttt :shades:

Watched it!! It was cool! The animation was, well, decent? Felt like a downgrade from the first season premiere but the composition was a step up, incredible stuff, currently trending #1&2 in Twitter (In Japanese)

No Opening this week too so I was a little disappointed but more things to look forward for next week

I'm going to wait until after the 7 Mugen Train episodes air to watch them.

So the Red Light District Arc will be 11 episodes. That sounds about right, and is likely to include all the material plus expand on the fights some as expected. I'll watch these as they air.

IQiyi seems have got the complete episode list. But, I still think that S2 will ends with 24-26 episodes. Ok, let's see what time says.

To be honest, the first episode yesterday was great in animation; however, it shows the flaws from Ufotable's ability to make original contents for Kimetsu.

First, the dialogues are "soulless" when compared with Gotouge's style. Neither storytelling nor drawing is Gotouge's strength. The uniqueness of the author is creating poetic and deep dialogues. The dialogues from the first episode are both long and inconsistent. Additionally, the lines do not depict much of Rengoku's personality.

Second, the character design is quite cliché. That demon is obviously a weaken version of Akaza, a.k.a bald Akaza :funny:

Although Season 1 had many original scenes, those scenes were not long enough to make viewers feel these original contents were stand alone from the manga.

10% (~5.5 million viewers) is still really strong for a show airing at 11:15PM.

This probably indicates the season won't get up to the 15% range that the specials did given the late timeslot though. But if it can hover around 10% all season, that'd be pretty huge.

It was in a tricky situation since works like this rarely reach the mainstream, much less become arguably the biggest brand in history in the market that appeals from ages 5-85. Too violent/gory to really air in primetime (especially later on), so this new timeslot was a really good compromise to avoid having any material censored and still air/end before midnight in order to get these high ratings. They're losing a good portion of the children/family audience in this timeslot, but airing after midnight would have probably cut the ratings in half.
