So this is getting raves and everyone is calling it the best season yet. I'm halfway thru the premiere and so far it has been excellent. |

I didnt even notice the storyline but there was really no way to avoid it... If it wasnt her it would have been any other inmate. And the fucking cliffhanger even more shit will go down next season |

This season has gotten so fucked up. I feel awful for all the characters and the guards are disgusting. The ending of episode 11 with Lolly was heartbreaking, as was the moment where Taystee's watch is destroyed. Two episodes to go. I've already been spoiled for the last two so I know what's coming but it's still going to suck as that character is one of my favorites. |

Finished last night. Gut-wrenching final few episodes. Though Dascha Polano is arguably one of the worst actresses on the show so I found her character switch for the cliffhanger somewhat laughable. Best in show this season: Lori Petty, Danielle Brooks, Diane Guerrero, Uzo Aduba, Jessica Pimental, Alan Aisenberg, Samira Wiley. I hope Blair Brown's character doesn't come back next year. I never warmed to her and found her hugely obnoxious throughout. |

Just finished the season. I'm having so many feelings. This was the most powerful, emotionally resonant season so far. I'm tempted to say it was simply the best season overall. Amazing. |

Just finished season 5. I enjoyed it overall, pretty crazy that Spoiler: show I thought some of the flashback scenes were surprisingly weak as past seasons had pretty interesting revelations in the flashbacks. |

I am so annoyed that Judy King is back. She is hands down the worst character on the show. I've only watched four episodes so far but it's decent. |

I got hooked on this show last summer and finished the first 4 seasons in like a week. Finished Season 5 Friday and while it's not as good I really enjoyed the ending as it puts the next season in a interesting place. |

There is FAR TOO MUCH of the meth-heads and the skinheads this season. All those characters are awful and they are unanimously terrible actresses. Danielle Brooks is killing it though. Definitely the season's MVP. On episode 9 now. |

FINALLY finished season 5. This was definitely the most ambitious, and consequently the messiest, season to date. There were a lot of highs and some lows (the Piscatella "horror movie" arc/flashback seemed misguided from start to finish). But the ending was really powerful with the bunker women linking arms. I can't imagine where they're going next, but I know I can't wait. MVP of the season was Danielle Brooks, who deserves an Emmy nomination. |
