![]() This supernatural mystery series premieres on Cinemax on Friday, June 3rd. It is created by The Walking Dead's Robert Kirkman, and Adam Wingard (You're Next, The Guest) directs the pilot. |

I'll check it out. Looks very Supernatural-ish. |

This series has admirable elements, particularly its foreboding atmosphere, but its pace is almost too deliberate relative to the content (a fairly standard exorcism-story setup so far). I am not sure it earns how leisurely it is, and I find myself longing for a dose of Ash vs Evil Dead insanity now and then. I will stay with it, though. |

On second thought, I am going to drop this from my regular television rotation. It is just not clever or novel enough to stay on the right side of the line separating deliberate/slowly burning and simply dull. |

I think I caught the first episode of this and was interested. It had some interesting use of sound effects/music which I liked and the whole exorcism he performed was intense. I don't have Cinemax so I won't be able to keep up sadly. |

Patrick Fugit was an awful choice for the lead. |

Thanks to this show, I will get to meet Philip Glennister on Saturday and as a huge "Life on Mars"/"Ashes to Ashes"-fan I couldn't be more excited. ![]() |
