David, the GG TV noms are normally kind of batty. I wouldn't take it to heart. They nominate on complete whims for the most part, though they've satisfied a lot of fans with nods for Maslany, Potter and Aaron Paul (his first ever GG nom, shockingly).

Cuz every season is a different story with completely new characters and stuff.
