Lena Olin, Sonia Braga, Isabella Rossellini, Michael McKean, Joel Grey, Amy Irving and Angela Bassett on “Alias”;

is the line of text that appeared on ABC's sweeps hype.

One of those names [whited] departed from the show early on; Did ABC spoil it; or was this female already back on the show in the US run? [Im only on episode 4 here in UK]

Yeah that's bad, reminds me of the unintentionally spoiling news item I read a month ago that Kiefer had signed on for another season of 24 this fall.

It doesn't spoil the Alias for me though because I didn't know she was ever on the show. I wonder who Sonia Braga will play. She was a sexpot actress from the 70s.

Amy Irving played Emily Sloane on the show who was shot down in season two; supposedly dead.Shes also the ex-wife of Speilberg, and is richer than all of the cast added together.

Yeah, but it's possible that they could have said that, and end up totally shocking the fans at the end of the season. That would be cool, but he is the best part of the show.
