Anyone going to watch this? It's been receiving pretty good reviews so far. It premieres tonight on FX at 10, starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys.

Initially I thought Graham Yost was writing it but he is just a producer. Im hesitant because its written by the same guys who did Falling Skies and that show was pretty terrible. One thing I do hope is we get some grea selection of 80s tunes because of the setting. Ashes to Ashes did that one too well

So the first half hour was good ranging on disappointing, but after that this was pretty much AWESOME. That scene with Keri Russell in the garage was brilliantly acted and badass, as well as the moment where Matthew Rhys confronts the guy that was harassing his daughter in the shopping mall. Also loved the ending. I'm definitely sticking with it. It seems like it's going to be a great series.

I thought it was a tad sloppy in terms of plotting (Emmerich's suspicion at the end seems a bit overblown; the feds immediately make the leap that they would be holding the defector at their house?), but great acting and a lot of cool character dynamics at play. I'm in.

Can't wait to watch the pilot. I'm a big fan of Keri Russell from her Felicity days and love the Cold War era setting.

I thought the pilot was really quite good. Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys were terrific, and the premise is just fascinating. I was so intrigued how they flipped the gender script from what you'd expect in a show like this: the woman is the one highly devoted to the cause, while the man is the one who seems to be wavering.

I'm also loving the idea of having a show set in the early 80s so we can do things like hear "In the Air Tonight" play over sex scenes. Also..."Tusk"! Awesome.

And as a Northern Virginia resident, this show did a better job with making the show actually look like it was taking place there than, say, Homeland.

I like it much better than Homeland which I find overated. In the Air Tonight seems out of place given that its supposed to take place in 1981.

In the Air Tonight was originally released in 1981. It just wasn't popularized in pop culture to the extent it was until Miami Vice years later.

I think it was Risky Business that popularized it?

The second episode was great! Very intense. I'm loving this show so far. I also think the two main characters are completely fascinating - I can't tell whether to root for them or against them.

I found the pilot much more interesting. I do have some gripes about the show thats supposedly set in the 80s. None of the hair styles look 80s or late 70s. Im still waiting on the big feathered Tawny Kitean hair.

I love this series. My jaw dropped tonight when Elizabeth shot that security guard in the face

The finale was fantastic and incredibly intense. A lot of great cliffhangers too (though we all know Elizabeth is going to make it through). That scene with Margo Martindale drugging the guy and then slitting his throat was incredibly unsettling.
