Argh I fucking hate Dish Network.

Of course without realizing the billions of dollars that would be involved, I say it'd be a good idea (especially if the two networks are Fox and NBC, and really, how could NBC not be thinking about it at this point?). Cable is vastly superior to network in terms of quality, most people already have it and have to pay for the four networks anyways, and ratings will only continue to go down on network. Actually, it might be a question of when this will happen rather than if it will happen.

The problem is sports, especially the NFL. The NFL might try to block it as it would hurt their ratings. I think a lot of this is just saber rattling right now.

The problem I hate with cable tv is that I have to pay $80 for it and there is like only 7 channels I watch from there. I wish we can choose which channels we want to watch at a discounted rate. No wonder people are cutting cable and watching shows from Hulu and Netflix.
