And no, that's no mistake. Before airing one episode, Starz has renewed the upcoming Kelsey Grammer drama, Boss, for a second season.

Tick tock, tick tock... a race to the finished line between Free Agents and The Playboy Club...

Any guesses on what will get a renewal next? I'd say CW's Ringer will come first, followed shortly by CBS's 2 Broke Girls.

I could see 2 Broke Girls getting picked up before Ringer actually.

Playboy Club will get axed first, IMO.

Parenthood has been given two more episodes bringing the season order to 18.

The Playboy Club is basically canceled. It will be replaced with Rock Center with Brian Williams starting October 31.

"Whitney" and "Up All Night" get full seasons.

I can't believe they already gave Whitney a full-season pick-up.

It shows you how bad shape NBC is in. However, they will probably cancel Free Agents next, maybe tomorrow morning.

Yay for "Up All Night." Loving it so far so glad it's going to get a full season. I hope NBC moves it to the Thursday lineup though. It's a much better fit there.

I'm sure "Free Agents" or "Charlie's Angels" will be next to go. I think the fact that NBC is putting "Prime Suspect" reruns in "The Playboy Club"'s old slot for the time being shows they'll stick with it for a few more weeks to see if ratings improve.

Whitney isn't doing that badly after The Office. I know it's the show to hate (although based on the pilot, it wasn't as hateful as expected), but it's maintaining a decent hold from The Office.

Good week for Will Arnett. One show renewed, another revived.

Eddie Cibrian will have to fade back into the vast world of nothingness.

Of all the new shows, there's nothing lighting fire to the ratings besides New Girl and 2 Broke Girls. Some do well in the viewers (Person of Interest, Unforgettable), but not as well in the 18-49 demo, and vice versa. Networks will have to start re-evaluating soon. You can't cancel everything, but there's plenty of justification for it.

That's where I'd like to see it but what would it replace with Whitney sticking around?

Shows are canceled way too quickly. They dont even get a chance to gain some traction. Look at something like The Middle which was allowed to hang in for a second season and gain an audience. Its doing well now.

Added 2 Broke Girls and Arrested Development.

Whitney Cummings is having a great year so far.

The way NBC is performing, Chuck might actually have a chance of getting re-canceled

NBC has a very good midseason lineup. I bet they are hoping that "Smash" and "Awake" are going to be the saving graces of their schedule, at least in terms of dramas.

"H8R" was just canceled. Reruns of "Ringer" will fill the timeslot until further notice.

Well at least it shows CW has a lot of faith in Ringer.

Wherever will I get my fix of seeing quasi-celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Snooki and Joe Francis meeting regular folk who H8 them?

With the cancellation of "H8R", it looks like the final season of "One Tree Hill" can slide into its time slot when its ready to air.
