 Futurama: Season 6.5
New season started last week with two new episodes. Both were great. Although I admit I'm afraid they may be overdoing it with treating the characters like guinea pigs all the time: multiplying Benders, gender-changing, time traveling (twice; the second is upcoming), body switching, etc. It's all funny so far, just hope they don't run out of ideas. They're so far pulling off a solid return after mediocre DVD movies.

 Re: Futurama: Season 6.5
Just finished off the last two. All around great episodes. Nary a weak one in the bunch. Unlike Family Guy which took a few seasons to gain it back, Futurama hasn't lost a step.
Also, it took home its second Best Animated Series Emmy this weekend for "The Late Phillip J. Fry". Its first one was for "Roswell That Ends Well". The excellent Maurice LaMarche won a Voiceover Emmy as well.

Series Finale is next week.
This final season has been stellar. The episode about spending time with his mom... ALL THE TEARS.

I'm still a couple episodes behind, but I'm going to catch up by the series finale and try to watch it live. Will be very sad to see it go.

 Re: Futurama: Season 6.5
This sucks, other tv shows should be cancelled instead of this one

 Re: Futurama: Season 6.5
Considering once upon a time that it ended with 72 episodes, it's a minor miracle that it was able to add on 68 more episodes (52 legit episodes + 16 episodes broken down from the DTV flicks).
