E.R ranked second on Thursday, nearly beating a huge repeat of CSI on CBS, and duly crushing the competition, whilst FOX's Point Pleasant best hope the execs at FOX are pleasant towards it come renewal date after another big falloff in ratings, marking a drop of 60% from its premiere audience

What is this a teaser to go to your site. If you are going to make the thread, post the numbers for people to look at.

Thank you!

Oh yeah, it seems a good idea for me to give up on my site altogether to post everything here for your convience instead, Goldmaster - who i haven't forgotten for youe emails by the way. [-( Ive seen really blatant plugs for sites linked here, and the standard protocol for a forum based news link is to provide an excerpt for the story and then link to the full thing - therefore everyone wins.
Its not like im provided with an influx of registrations from it - its just protocol thats used in nearly every site out there. Copying full articles then linking misses the whole point - and with most sites its not allowed.

First, why should anyone need to go through the link. And are any of the other numbers done this way. NO. Having the number leads to more discussion. If he doesn't want to list the numbers, let someone else start the thread.

Ehh, I'd rather read it in the link then have it clogging up the forum. But that's just the way I feel.

Goldmaster, you never cease to amaze me in your endless pursuit to annoy people. Anyway, the page takes you RIGHT to the report, theres no huge "SIGN UP HERE" flag that urges you to join nf7 , is there? Theres no "OH MY GOD YOU CANT PRESS THE BACK BUTTON BECAUSE YOUR NOW TRAPPED IN THIS WEBSITE" popup is there? No. Its not ad supported, im not profiting off your visitation. So whats the problem? Its STANDARD INTERNET ETIQUETTE that pretty much every website on the internet uses. Its illegal to take stories off most websites anyway.

If you wanna post the numbers, be my guest. I only post this as a supplement to Libs' usual ratings update anyway - which seems to have gone amiss. This isn't intended as a ratings chart, its a ratings analysis.
But seriously, no ones asking you to click the link - if you dont like it, Dont read it. Simple as pie.

Whatever, at least rusty agreed with me.

Hopefully Libs won't allow this but as I don't post this thread, I don't care.

Unbelievable.

And if it is only a supplement to Libs numbers, why don't you post your analysis in her thread.

That would seem smart.

No, I finally reread your BS and that caught my eye as you had it way down at the end. Notice how you can't defend the point. Since it is just a supplement to Libs, why are you doing it seperately.

-------

Whatever the people want since as I said, I don't post these numbers and I don't care more than my comment.

I would just like to say that I'm happy for Point Pleasant's fall. I hope that the reamining six episodes of Tru evetually coem to air and beat its ratings. Maybe Tru didn't start with good ratings but it got better by the end of the season (pulling in more 5 million people).
FOX will regret cancelling Tru.
Life is good, FOX is not.
