It is the third highest rated episode. The pilot got 16.09m viewers and the second episode got 14.18m viewers.

Well, ouch for 9-11. Earl and The Office fell a bit from their recent highs, but over 9mil is still very nice for them. But I'm disappointed that Scrubs did so poorly. :(
