Desperate Housewives S1: A Desperate Housewives S2: A- (it will keep the A- if the finale is really good, otherwise it's borderline) Lost S1: A Lost S2: A- Grey's Anatomy S1: A- Grey's Anatomy S2: A- No show that I watched this year was consistently great all the way through. Vogler was season 1. Only thing that saved season 1 from the mess Vogler had made of it (and the whole House/Cameron thing) was Three Stories. |

Grey's Anatomy, 24 and Arrested Development are the shows I would award an "A" to for their seasons this year. Lost is probably an A- or B+, Desperate Housewives and House a B. The Office: Season 2 (A) I watched the entire second season yesterday. I couldn't believe how great it was watching the episodes again, even the recent ones. I hope Season 3 can deliver, despite the ending from Season 2. I'm afraid that it will tarnish the humor a bit. |

But it reinforced my feelings of the show being completely uneven this year. It sunk to some lows but also gave us some dramatically and comedically breathtaking scenes. |

When you are watching episodes on a weekly (and in Alias' case, once in 3 weekly) basis, if a show is teasing, not being clear in its direction or asking out to be patient it can quickly frustrate viewers. Everyone who watches Alias Season 3 on dvd likes it more than people who watched it on TV, because they can discover the point of it all in a few hours |
