As much as I love the Race, love the Housewives of Wisteria Lane (aka HOWL... okay, lame, but oh well), and love the island inhabiants of Lost, I definitely have to go with 24. I tape mostly every other show, but it's not mandatory to watch it the next day. With "24", I almost always watch it when it's on. I love it so much.
The best in my eyes are 24, Lost, Alias, Arrested Development, The Amazing Race, Survivor (still lovin' Tom's win), Desperate Housewives, and Family Guy.

My current top pick is "Grey's Anatomy" followed by "Lost". I also watch ER, but I'm still back on the first season (DVDs).

Lost, by far. To be fair, I haven't seen Desperate Housewives besides a fair level of curiosity, but this is the first show I've ever been so compelled as to have done whatever nessecary to not miss a single episode.

1. Contender
2. Amazing Race
3. Family Guy
Thats the only shows I really follow, I missed so many episodes of Lost and Desperate Housewives was ok, but I didnt care to keep on watching it. I'll need to find some new shows though, since only Family Guy will still be airing 2weeks from now and my favorite one probably wont be coming back for a new season.

1. Season 1

3. Season 2
4. Season 3
Although, the 3rd season still is better than most else on television. Right now, I find the first and fourth seasons neck and neck. I've been so enthralled with this season, but I'll need to watch it all again on DVD in December, to take it all in.

After watching the entire first season on DVD within 2 days, I'm starting to realize this may be one of the funniest shows ever made.

Reminder to all CSI's season finale is a 2 hour episode directed by Quinten Tarrentino.

Wonder if he got the idea from Kill Bill as it involves one of the CSI members trapped into a grave and the CSI team has to save him.

As of right now, I'd say:
1. Scrubs
2. Arrested Development
3. Alias (even though I'm literally, like, 10 episodes behind at the moment)
4. ER
5. The Amazing Race
With Family Guy, Lost, and Desperate Housewives right under that. And if we're talking about TV in general (including cable channels), then The Daily Show would probably be somewhere around number four for me.

GILMORE GIRLS and VERONICA MARS for me. They are two of the only shows on right now to get a perfect 10/10 (A+) rating from me.
Out of the ones on the poll 24 would be the best. Also great are ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT and NIP/TUCK. Those two aren't on the poll though.

LOST, followed by 24. These are the only two shows I make sure I watch every week, whether during their timeslots or on tape. Among others, CSI, The Simpsons, and The Amazing Race are also my favorites.

I don't watch any of the shows on the poll regularly, but if I had to pick one, I would say ER. Once the DVD comes out though, I might watch Desperate Housewives. As a matter of fact, I don't watch too many shows religiously. The last show I watched like that was The Drew Carey Show, but I stopped watching it regularly around 2002.
Here are the shows I try to watch:
1. The Simpsons
2. Family Guy
3. American Dad
4. Scrubs
5. Arrested Development
The last two shows I need to watch more often, because they are really good, especially Scrubs. I just bought the first season on DVD, and that has made me want to watch the show more often.
