Last night's episode was one of the best of the series (my favorite of the season so far) and that's saying a lot coming from a huge fan here. I loved that this episode was all about Carol and Daryl!

I hope that Carol will be okay. She and Daryl have excellent chemistry!

That was a great damn episode. Next week is gonna be fun!

Yeah Chip, that scene was telegraphed - I actually thought Sasha was going to get shoved completely out the window.

I was surprised she was so gullible, but it was noticeable how she perked up when he said his name was Bob.


Despite that, last night's episode was the best of the season so far, imo.

Oh, it was a great episode. And I know she was/is/has been emotionally vulnerable, but come on Sasha!

Alright Walking Dead, you got me.

Just when I was really starting to like her.

Fucking TV after show said right before the final break that we have a guest that you're going to definitely want to see. So I knew someone was going to die from that, and as soon as she grabbed those scissors I knew.

That got me good. I knew it was coming, and I still cried like a baby.

Also, Rick is still a fucking badass.

Also, imo, the reason she stabbed Dawn was because she wanted to either kill her, or die. Because Dawn was right about Noah. Somehow, he found his way back there. And Beth didn't want that to happen to her. So either Dawn dies, or she does.

I think seeing Emily Kinney on Talking Dead was even more emotional than seeing Beth die.

Well, Beth does have a history of suicidal behavior - season 2 at Hershel's farmhouse.

Her character did a complete 360 from then though, so, I don't believe her killing Dawn was suicide. I just think she got pissed at her and wanted her dead by any means necessary.

Just watched the finale finally. all that time wasted in that stupid hospital and Beth dies. zzzzzzzz god and the season was going so good. She wasn't a terribly great character but I think there was some more potential for Beth to grow unlike some of the other people in the group.

"all that time"? Huh? The hospital was in... 3? episodes?

We needed to know what happened to Beth and where she was, so, I had no issue with the hospital stuff.

Hm. I thought the series' reach exceeded its grasp in last night's episode. A bit too self-conscious and pretentious.

The Black Highlander trend continues on the show. I guess it was not surprising since Morgan Jones was going to be hooking up with the group soon

Unbelievable they went so long without a main death and then BAM BAM BAM. BOB BETH TYRESE.

Just binged the last three episodes today. Unfortunately I knew who was getting offed, but their emotional exits were no less gutting. Beth was an underdog character the show needed, which made the death all that more emotionally-wrenching. My take on why she did what she did is just how young she is. She didn't think before she acted. Saying it was a suicidal move is wrong, IMO. Just young and naive.

Tyreese was a shock as well. His character never lived up to its potential though, as he was an alpha male type swimming in a sea of other alpha males. They never really developed him enough to make me care that he died, but he got a hero's sendoff all the same. Some surprise fun seeing The Governor again, as well as the other recently deceased (I guess Hershel and Andrea were distant memories).

And I liked where they went with the latest episode. Slow as molasses for sure, but it's nice to see them surviving beyond the walkers. Also fun to see the entire cast represented in the majority of the episode and not split up. Don't think they've ever done that for such a prolonged time.

I wanted Michonne to off Sasha. REAL bad.

I'm hoping the cast is cut in half (not necessarily literally) in the final six episodes. That group shot on the road showcased a bloated cast of characters, many of whom have overstayed their welcome and not developed much.
