Loyal, perhaps these quotes said by Marcia Cross (Bree) on episodes of Desperate Housewives will convince you to watch the show sooner than later.
Bree: "I love sex. I love everything about it: the sensations, the smells. I especially love the feel of a man. All that muscle and sinew pressed against my body. And then when you add friction. Mmm. The tactile sensation of running my tongue over a man's nipple ever so gently. And then there's the act itself; two bodies becoming one in that final eruption of pleasure. To be honest, the only thing I don't like about sex is the scrotum. I mean obviously it has its practical applications but I'm just not a fan."
Bree (to Rex in the hospital, after a heart attack): "I know you still love me. Maisy told me. As of this moment, Rex, I am no longer your wife. I am going to find the most vindictive lawyer I can find. And together, we will eviscerate you. I will take away your money, your family and your dignity. And I am thrilled that you still love me. Because I want what's going to happen to you to hurt as much as humanly possible. I'm just so glad you didn't die before I told you that."
[Bree has agreed to try "dominating" Rex]
Rex: If things do get too rough, we'll have a control word. If one of us says it, the other backs off immediately.
Bree: Okay. So what's our control word?
Rex: Well, lately I've been using "Philadelphia". What's wrong?
Bree: Well, it's just that my Aunt Fern lives in Philadelphia, and I don't want to be thinking about her while I'm spanking you with a leather strap.
Rex: Okay. Fine. You pick a control word.
Bree: Um, how about "Boise"?
Rex: "Boise"?
Bree: What's the matter with "Boise"?
Rex: We're going to be doing psychological role playing here, Bree, and a funny word like "Boise" would ruin the mood. We need something that sounds serious.
Bree: Hmm.
[sombre tone]
Bree: How about "Palestine"?
Rex: "Boise" will be just fine.

Okay, as you have requested...
The votes will remain the same...
And, without further ado...
The winners are...
24 and LOST!!!!
11 votes for both shows. A close race, with both shows enjoying some time ahead of the rest. But, in the end, they ended up at the same number.

I didn't want to have a tie unless necessary, especially with the two best dramas on television, but it happened. Maybe next year we'll see which is the best after another season passes.
Coming up, the votes for all nominees right here!

Those DH quotes are funny Libs, if not very campy, esp the control word.

And thanks to ALL OF YOU who voted! Like I said before, without you all, this would not have been possible and I appreciate the work you all put into this as well. Here's hoping the 5th Annual Excellence in Television Awards will be RIGHT HERE next year at the World of KJ!

I nearly crapped my pants out of pure excitement!
Instead, I pissed my pants. Time for that bathroom break.

After two and a half hours, two interruptions from grandparents, no bathroom break, writing up mini-speeches before presenting nominees and winners, and a sore back from sitting in this chair for so long, I need to lay down for a while.
No calls.

Anyone care to do a show tally?
Still pumped about the Scrubs wins, though.
And Lost's supporting wins.
And Alias' couple wins.
(And thanks for the work, Mr. X.)

Well I am back and I barley missied this damn it!! ](*,)
All in all this award show sucked all of the voters should be ashamed of themselves, a series such as Everyone Loves Raymond got jyped, this was the last show in its type of series, and we may never ever see another good Sitcom ever, everyone who vited should be ashamed of themselves!!!! We may never have the good-old fashioned sitcoms anymore and now Everybody loves Raymond got jyped, not asingle win [-X on all of you [-X .
Then to add considered by real TV viewers to be the best sitcom of all time, Cheers, got jyped, but I guess Bufy was ok, but not near as great and legendary, and as popular as Cheers, Buffy isn't a show for everyone, but Cheers was.

Sorry, Darth. That's why I urged EVERYONE to vote! I wanted lots of variety in the winners, but it seemed many shows took many of the awards (Scrubs and 24 were big winners). Well, maybe Raymond will be inducted into the Hall of Fame next year! Sorry that the awards weren't much for you, Darth.

Also - kind of pissed that Alias got shafted after sweeping the nominations.
Seriously, can we all agree that 24 = sucks now
Alias = awesome.
Because you know, i like starting these kind of rivalries!
