Is...

SCRUBS!!!

Scrubs with 9, The Griffin Family (Family Guy for you people not watching) got 7, and Arrested Development's The Bluth Family got 5.

WOW. and Desperate Housewives???

Got 4 votes. Big shock to me, too.

I'm finding it very difficult how to approach this one, with the way the voting went.

In a TV season where one hour shows seemed to thrive more than comedies, six shows were chosen by you out of all the rest. The spy drama from ABC called Alias went back to the Season 1 roots. CSI's crime-solving went to new heights on the explosive season finale directed by Quentin Tarantino. Grey's Anatomy was a late entry by ABC, but made a big splash in the ratings as the new hit medical drama. Who knew being stranded on a deserted (as far as we know) island would be so exciting on Lost? Jack had his most powerful and exciting hour since the first season on 24. And, Veronica Mars solved mysteries while still attending high school on Veronica Mars.

Excellence in a Drama Series
-Alias
-CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
-Grey’s Anatomy
-Lost
-24
-Veronica Mars

And the winner is...

24 deserves it but Lost was very hot if not uneven.

And...

... We have...

a tie.

Could be two shows. Three maybe. Could be any shows, since this was a surprising category for votes.

Any suggestions? Should I go with the tie, or make a tie-breaking vote?
