Re: The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story
Courtney B. Vance and Sarah Paulson are flat out incredible on this show.
Also, Connie Britton as Faye Resnick is everything.

And Cuba on the phone was just perfect too. Also Goldman's father put in a very convincing scene. Loved the episode again. Aside from the entertainment value, the sequence of events continues to be eye-opening for me as well.

Tonight's episode is fantastic. I know it's been said before, but Courtney B. Vance is really killing it in this show and deserves a Emmy nom. I honestly don't think they could have picked a better choice for Cochran.

His performance is so damn good in this, give him the Nobel Peace Prize at this rate.

"MArcia, MArcia, MArcia"was a fucking showstopper performance from Sarah Paulson, there is literally no way in hell she loses the Emmy. I feel ACS will sweep at the grammys.

OMG.
"Marcia, Marcia, Marcia" was one of the best hours of television this season. Sarah Paulson gave a virtuoso performance. Heartbreaking and stirring.
I loathe Johnnie which I suppose is the point. Courteney B. Vance is doing an incredible job. I also love Sterling K. Brown. And Connie Britton is flawless.

This is going to sweep the Emmys this year, and rightfully so.

I loved it. Great cast, and such a definitive telling of this story.

Re: The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story
One of the best seasons of television ever. The entire cast was outstanding, especially Paulson, Vance and Sterling Brown. If this doesn't sweep at the Emmy's I'd be shocked.

The chances for this not to sweep are SO SMALL.

So where does this show go next year? I'm really hoping for Michael Jackson with Donald Glover playing young/black Mike and old/white Mike.
Or maybe OJ 2? George Zimmerman?

Re: The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story
I read something that it will be about Hurrican Katrina. Doesn't sound like the type of crime story, if it even is one, that will be interesting. But if it comes from the same writers and stars Travolta again , it may well be really good again.

Or maybe OJ 2? George Zimmerman? I covered Zimmerman back in the day. It wasn't much of anything you didn't believe. You have to go with something controversial after watching this. Not to say that wasn't ridiculous, though. Actually I think maybe handling an actors death like Brandon Lee or even Heath. Each idea should be something where people say WTF why cover it and then just do a strong story. Madof would be the obvious choice if it hasn't already been done to death. Maybe they have to go older like Watergate or something like that. Though you could also go less profile to someone like Bradley someone I actually covered from start to finish molesteted more 600 kids in the northeast. I think it would be smart to stay in the mainstream though. Maybe Scott Peterson (already had a film though)
