What about Two and a Half Men, the apparent heir to Raymond's Monday night throne?

its equally horrific. CBS has no sense of humour
the funniest shows on tv are Less than Perfect, 8 Simple Rules, The Simpsons and Desperate Housewives. Comedy is very dry right now aside from those shows

I disagree, I think Two and a Half Men is hilarious.
Also, people are forgetting Arrested Development.

You guys are forgetting JOEY.
Just joking - but some love Scrubs also.

Joeys actually improved pretty significantly with the addition of Lucy Lui
she provides some familiarity to a show that threw away way too much of its predecessors charm.
Scrubs is also awesome again; i forgot about that.
But seriously i watched Joey and Two and a Half Men together on Sunday; [part of the networks comedy bill] and 2 1/2 isn't even comparable to Joey; which isnt comparable to Less than Perfect, which is nearly comparable to Friends

In seeing a tv commercial for 1 of the 2 final Raymond episodes.

It seemed that there is a family secert involving Debroah's family.
Love for the show to knock Debroah off her high horse / pedestol.
She is alittle too high-brow on the show.

Who cares if Two and a Half Men is horrible, it's the ratings that count in the end.
And BTW, I hate Everybody Loves Raymond. I hate that the main character is a big loser and how the show tries to make it seem like all men are like that. But that's just what I think. Good ridance ELR!

I already know how Everyone Loves Raymond ends according to the TV guide. The show really is going to go out with a bang.
Patricia Heaton has hot lesbian sex with Doris Roberts. Both have decided that their fueding has gone on long enough. When the two share a friendly kiss, it turns into something no viewer could ever imagine. The events lead Ray and Frank to question their own sexuality. They decide to go on a spiritual journey where they cross paths with special guest star Richard Simmons as Buttercup. While Buttercup tries to bust Frank into shape for the summer picnic, Frank breaks a hip. Laughter follows and Ray must escort Frank to the emergency room.
Robert retires from the police force and opens up his own Adult porno emporium.
The twins are caught stealing and are arrested by guest star Tony Montana making his first appearance as Jade.
Laughter for all in this very memorable two part finale.
