 Re: PARENTHOOD
This wasn't my favorite episode, mostly because it had a lot of crazy obnoxious Max and crazy obnoxious Ruby. Adam, Sarah and Julia all being absent from the episode was pretty jarring too.
Although I was like "wut?" when Kristina was telling Max his creepy collage was "brave," Monica Potter acted the hell out of the scene.

Think they are gonna kill Zeke off? Julia and Joel sign the papers then have sex? I think they end up back together. I also think they will have (sober) Ryan and Amber end up together as well.

 Re: PARENTHOOD
Yeah Zeke looks like he's going to die. No way would this show pull a switcharoo on us and kill someone else.

 Re: PARENTHOOD
I am surprised somewhat if they kill Zeke off...Only 3 episodes left...not a lot of time to give "closure" to the fans so to speak I am still mad this show is getting cancelled when idiotic shows like CSI-random city are pulling great numbers

 Re: PARENTHOOD
The opening montage of the 100th episode already made me bawl. This does not bode well for the rest

 Re: PARENTHOOD
Parenthood is on a mission to wring every single tear out of my body before it ends for good, apparently.

Yay for Joel and Julia getting back together. Let's hope it stays that way for the rest of the series (Only 2 episodes left. )

 Re: PARENTHOOD
Wow, Lauren Graham was INCREDIBLE tonight. Definitely an Emmy-worthy performance that will of course go unrecognized. The scene between her and Zeek as well as the scene with Ray Romano near the end were both heartbreaking. I'm shocked Zeek didn't die. I think he's actually going to live through the finale though because it's been implied enough that he doesn't have much time left. So not ready for the finale next week

 Re: PARENTHOOD
It's been obvious Amber was going to name her baby Zeek but I still cried anyway.
I am going to be an absolute basket case during the finale. Can't believe we only have one more hour with the Bravermans. So sad!

 Re: PARENTHOOD
I've been on "Parenthood" deathwatch for all the characters since episode 1 of the season - I'm relieved but also kind of annoyed no one is going to bite the dust

 Re: PARENTHOOD
I know I'm six years behind, but I just started this on Netflix (I did see most of the first season when it first premiered on TV, but I for some reason didn't keep up with it). Four episodes in. So good. My day off today is fucked.

 Re: PARENTHOOD
I was a mess this past episode.
I'm going to need to be isolated on Thursday night.

 Re: PARENTHOOD
I just realized that, now that Parenthood is ending tonight and Parks/Rec ends next month, I will not be a viewer of a single NBC primetime series. This makes me pretty upset for some reason. I think it's the nostalgia.

 Re: PARENTHOOD
I'll still have "Marry Me" and "About A Boy" until they are pulled. And I may check out "The Slap." But agreed, most of their programming is so blah now.

 Re: PARENTHOOD
Best episode of the whole series. Jason Street from FNL made a cameo and is now with Amber! That is so awesome!! Also, good to see that Max got to dance with a girl for once. Joel and Julia stayed together forever. That put a smile on my face.

 Re: PARENTHOOD
I don't know about the best episode of the series, but it was certainly a satisfying and heartfelt sendoff that mirrored the finales of "Friday Night Lights" and "Six Feet Under." I liked that it was mostly uplifting and it was clear they wrote a lot of it with the fans of the show in mind. There were quite a few heart-tugging sequences, and the final montage was beautiful.
And also Scott Porter aka Jason Street meeting Matt Lauria aka Luke Cafferty!!! Best cameo ever. Especially since Mae Whitman is a self-professed "FNL" diehard fan.
