This article agrees with you! Dramas dominate the rating but still the anime Kimetsu No Yaiba still stands out https://news.yahoo.co.jp/byline/kawamur ... 6-00277650

Yes, the episode is great. Luckily, Ufotable appropriately handles the first 7 mins of their original content. Additionally, ANA's airplanes with Kimetsu's characters design finally go in operation today in Japan. https://youtu.be/meDcn41_A3k

The finale episode was leaked hours before the official release. The Japanese fanbase got what they wished since February 2021:

Luckily, the fanbase got what they wanted for Douma or they would riot against no UM meeting in the last episode.

Because I got clickbiats with CSM (getting air on Oct 2022) when the imposter was imposing as ANN.

Re: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (Season 2 - Oct. 10th)
I don't follow up JJK so I have no clue. However, if Ufotable takes 1.5 years to adapt the Swordsmith Village Arc (according to a trending rumor), it is too long.

Re: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (Season 2 - Oct. 10th)
Excited to watch all of Season 2 this weekend. I've read the series, but I did manage to avoid any animation spoilers somehow! Sounds like they knocked the climax out of the park again, so looking forward to that. Swordsmith Village Arc already announced is nice. It should fit inside 11/12 episodes, so it could be ready for Spring 2023. But I wonder if they'll stretch it a bit and add the short Hashira Training Arc at the end of Season 3 like they did the equally short Rehabilitation Training Arc at the end of Season 1. Seems most likely scenario to me. Speculation/Predictions on how they'll handle the last third of the series (which is just two arcs, or basically one very long one): Infinity Castle Arc will need 24-26 episodes if it's adapted as Season 4 of the anime. Since it's the longest arc by far, and very action-oriented, this one's going to be tough for ufotable to complete in a timely manner. Assuming Season 3 is released in Spring/Summer 2023, I wouldn't expect to see the Infinity Castle Arc begin until... Fall/Winter 2024?
Sunrise Countdown Arc would probably only need 10 or less (it's just a little longer than the Mugen Train Arc), so I'm betting they'll end the series with this one being a movie (and probably readapt it for TV as Season 5 as well later on). Depending on where they start it, it'd fit nicely within the ~2 hour movie timeframe. Fall/Winter 2025?

Re: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (Season 2 - Oct. 10th)
Quote from the article: The episode was viewed by a whopping 17.73 million viewers (14.1%) in 10.786 million households (21% rating among all households) within the first 7 days with Live and 7 days of DVR viewing. This was not only the Most-Watched Episode of the anime for the season but even the Opening Ceremony for the Beijing Olympics fell short of this episode of Demon Slayer, with the Olympics scoring a viewership rating of 13.7% as it was viewed by 17.23 million people. https://www.tvfandomlounge.com/2022/02/ ... -olympics/

Re: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (Season 2 - Oct. 10th)
Really enjoyed the season. I've read it already, so no surprises or anything, but ufotable certainly excelled in adapting this arc.
Episode 10 was truly spectacular. The animation was on another level. The climax of this season was probably my favorite in the entire series, so quite happy to see them take it even higher in the anime.

To prepare for the 3rd Anniversary of Kimetsu's anime in person this year, Aniplex heavily advertises these days and begins to stream all episodes on multiple platforms.
