I think Carrie's last performance is equivalent to Clay's A Bridge over Troubled Water. Terrific Vocals, fitting "Final" song, and a performance that could carry her to the top.

That's right.. I think she fits the Nashville All Stars lineup better given her song choices in the past more than Amercian Idol.. Bottom line is: Bo Bice will be the winner and it would be an upset if he weren't..

I actually think it would be an upset if Bo won and Carrie lost b/c it would be the first time ever that Simon's singer didn't win. He has been pimping Carrie harder than Kelly, Ruben, or Fantasia. If Bo can somehow win and I hope he does, this will forever put to rest any doubts I have about the show being rigged. GO BO!! =D> =D>

Tonight, I felt that Carrie was right out better.


I feel its the "GREAT NIGHT" vs. the "GOOD NIGHT"

and the

"GREAT OVERALL COMPETITION" vs the "GOOD OVER ALL COMPETITION"

It doesn't matter in the end though cause the whole show is fixed anyway and it's not like the loser won't end up with a recording contract either.. Both Bice and Underwood have won and no one loses..

yeah thats true both end up with recording contract, but if you havent notice all the runner ups, except for Clay havent had a succesful album, they end up flooping pretty bad!.....but maybe that might change, since both of them have a huge fan base

Does the winner have to record those orgianls songs from last night, because if so, ugh. The songs where suited more to Carrie then Bo, though I preferred his perforamnces to hers, she outsang him, but well she bores me.

So far I think only Clarkson as an Idol winner got a decent song to record as a first signle, Fantasia's sogn that Tamayra wrote was god awful.

I think Carrie will win, but I thought this all along. In the end even though she is a great singer with an awesome voice, she still tends to bore me. She always sings well, but she makes the same hand motions, etc. she just doesn't excite me. Bo is a performer, and I realize he has alot more experience, but even when he sings a song I am not that found of, its fun. That is why i liked Vonzell better then carrie, Vonzell had fun while performing and she made me have fun, evenif she did not sound as good as Carrie. Carrie jsut for me is that painting that is technically proficent, but does not speak to me at all.

I love how the judges disliekd the orghinal songs, well hello, give them bettter material, I don't think Carrie and Bo picked this shit.

Also, damn it Bo I wanted to hear you sing Whipping Post.

Did you guys see how giddy Paula got when Simon told Bo that he out-performed Carrie on "Inside Your Heaven"? Or how she patronized Carrie after her last performance by saying things like "you'll never do anything harder in your life"? Clearly she's part of the Bice Squad, but my God, give Carrie some love! While she's given countless standing ovations to the likes of Scott Savol and Nikko Smith, she's NEVER lifted her ass off the chair for Carrie. She must have craped her pants when Simon delivered his last minute endorsment for Ms. Underwood.

Anyway, I think Carrie will take it because she seems to have a more solid fan base (she's never been in the bottom three) and her performances last night were more loyal to her roots. I'm sorry Bo, but no matter how good you are, NO ONE wants to hear you cover songs like "Inside Your Heaven" or "The Long Long Road".

Well, I don't think her comment was meant that way, but I guess I could see where you are coming from with it. The whole Paula getting giddy thing was ridiculous, imo.

Come to think of it, every finalist except for Justin has been a southerner.

I saw idol yesterday and i have to say Bo gets my vote.

It kinda sucks that both Lost and Idol are on at the same time for their finales. I'll watch Lost first and tape Idol to skip through the hour and fifty min of crap to get to the result that Bo wins! [-o< [-o<

After last night's performances, it is clear to me Bo is the more talented vocalist.

Yes. Then again, I find most things about Mikalah annoying.

It's sad to see LaToya vamping it up like a drunk drag queen at Bo's party. I mean, goodness, that woman had the best voice out of anyone in last season's competition (in my opinion, at least). Now look what she's reduced to.

Also, they couldn't get anyone better than fricking Matt Rogers?

Well, that was kind of surprising. The message boards I hang out are firmly in the Bo camp. They will be upset. I am not. I would not have bought a Bo CD, but Carrie - who knows, I do like country/pop and she does sing the winner's song better than Bo. This way Bo won't have to rush to produce a CD so Bo will do plenty well for himself.

Oh well he doesn't need it.

Thank god that Carrie won! I like Bo, but he ain't even close to Carrie. Great season overall.

I'm not concerned with Bo. Both of them will be successful.

I do have to say, though, I was a little surprised Carrie won. Congrats to her.
