And, for the rest of the open spots, re-runs of The Simpsons and Seinfeld, with the occasional Nick@Nite viewings (mainly for The Fresh-Prince of Bel Air, The Cosby Show, and Full House - some of my old favorites).
Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the current TV line-up... No Lost? Or the Housewives?!
I watched Desperate Housewives once last season, and it wasn't my type of show. Bleh.
I've never seen Lost, but unfortunately, will have to. Libs will kill me.

Invasion is going to have pick up in it's subsequent episodes if I'm going to stick with it. The first 35 minutes of the premiere were so slow and boring and just not fun to watch. Thankfully it picked up a bit at the end so there's a chance it could be redeemed.

And I suppose you only watch Full House ironically?

I'll be watching THE OC, REUNION, ONE TREE HILL, LOST and THE GHOST WHISPERER. I'll add AMERICAN IDOL to my schedule when it premieres.

I'm so screwed Thursday's at 8.00, Everybody Hates Chris was hilarious. So what started out as a maybe watch if everything else is bad has turned into a must see. Damn you...UPN? First time for everything I suppose.

Is it funny, like... sitcom-y funny? Arrested Development-y funny?

I'm trying to figure out how I can manage to watch Alias, The O.C., Everybody Hates Chris and Survivor without Tivo. I'll probably manage to skip Alias because I didn't watch it much last year.

If you like Chris Rock's standup, you will like the show. It's a different kind of funny than AD, not as subtle, but just as many laugh out loud moments.

I hear time travel works nicely in situations like this. I'm just thankful I decided long ago to catch up on Smallville on DVD only and that I hate Matt LeBlanc. For if I didn't, not even timeshifting would put a dent in the viewing.

I feel really stupid for asking this, but what is tivo?

It's basically your typical cable/satellite box but with a hard drive capable of recording shows and rewinding.
I actually don't have Tivo brand DVR. It's Dish Network, but basically the same thing.

I used my good ol'-VCR taping skills last year, had OC and Survivor, and whenever I was out.

Heh, I have the same thing.
Just not in my room. They only gave us one for free, and the rest were $400 each at the time, so we passed on that.
