Surprised to see no thread For Only Murders In The Building here but just saw this news on Season 3.

MERYL STREEP is joining the cast in Season 3! It was already a critical darling Season 1 and 2. This will probably help it get even more attention.

Selena Gomez made the announcement. Streep hasn't done much TV but most recently was on Season 2 of HBO’s “Big Little Lies.

I enjoyed Season 1 and 2 and Streep, Gomez, Martin, Rudd and Short are going to make for a great season 3.

Would be nice if it's a big role instead of just being the Sting/Schumer of this season.

Martin and Streep made Its Complicated together so have worked on projects before so hopefully its a larger role.
