As Las Vegas has the gambling, legal hookers, strippers, etc. Hollywood can deal with the movie world, models, LA, etc. I think that has potential.

Anyone know if a 4th CSI series, like Law & Order, is planned at all. And is there any early talk at all.

Hollywood Brass", Episode #521.
Captain Brass seeks the assistance of a former colleague (Donna Murphy) when he travels to Los Angeles after his estranged daughter calls for help.

Or is this for some other new CBS show that they are promoting - with this Donna Murphy.

Yea, I think that, even with NY's lackluster ratings, another spinoff is on the way.

Let's hope not.

Three is more than enough, and CSI: NY ain't exactly doing so hot, either.

I hope not, ever new CSI is another drama slot that can't be used for something more fresh and different.

I heard New York narrowly beat out New Orleans as the locale for the second spin-off, so I'd place my money on N'Orlans

New Orleans would have been so much better. All that spooky gothic flair and everything. The main reason I want to see that Skeleton Key movie this summer is because the New Orleans bayou setting looks so great.

CSI mania wont stop until they have their own cable network. CSI saturday morning, CSI news, CSI:Behind the scenes, CSI England, CSI in space, CSI Online. It will be a new trend and we would get our own Law and Order cable channel too

A CSI: New Orleans would interest me. I watch none of the others, but I definitely think I'd watch one based in New Orleans.

For the first two weeks, I thought NY was the best CSI series. I have not watched since. I just don't find the interest. Actually, I gave up on ALL CSI and Law and Order shows. Just recently have I gotten back into the original CSI and original Law and Order.

I have only ever watched the original on a regular basis. I like it, but don't really care that much if I miss it.

I'm sure there will be another spinoff someday. I agree that New Orleans would have been much more interesting then yet another New York based show. I think New York was a mistake, since all the L&O's are set there. One of the interesting things about the first two CSI's is that they were set elsewhere.

If they wanted a Northeastern setting, either Chicago or Detroit would have been more interesting then New York.

Seeing this episode, it seems that they were setting up characters for a new show.

Maybe they will do a pilot. NOT THAT I THINK ONE IS NEEDED - THREE ARE TOOOOOO MUCH ALREADY.

- Will the Detective leave to be with his daughter?

- Dectective and his old cop friend.

- They introduce a CSI guy who did nothing as the black guy from CSI happened to be in town and did alot of the work.

The original CSI is very good, and that has a lot to do with the location, in addition to the novelty and interesting stories.
