Leslie does quite a great Tammy, from the voice to the hip action I could do without Tom, but that's been the case for me for quite a number of years. Such a douche. And Werner Herzog was there being creepy! Also, Joan's "Thank you, Commissioner Gordon. People of Gotham--" was gold.

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
Its premiere rating was 1.5 A18-49 and won its timeslot in the A18-34 demo. All the nonstop promotion must have paid off. http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2015/0 ... ws/350269/

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
The second episode tonight was absolutely perfect and one of the best, most beautiful episodes of the entire series. I wasn't emotionally prepared for it and it made me cry.

Nick Offerman's revelation at the end was HEARTBREAKING. He should be in the Emmy conversation.

"Donna and Joe" was very entertaining tonight.
It was great to see Kathryn Hahn again tonight and she makes me laugh everytime she is on the show!
Drunk Ben and Leslie was funny too!!!!!!!!!!

This last episode was perfect. Donna is my spirit animal.
Gonna miss this show so much!
And, like, LMFAO @ Ginuwine and Questlove.

All of these episodes are just punching me in my emotions. It's all so very bittersweet, and I do not want it to end, ever. Donna/Garry and April/Ron were just so... ugh. Wonderful.

This season is so good. I guess it's good that they'll end while it's still good.

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
These episodes last night were wonderful. Gerry Gergich becoming the mayor of Pawnee is SO fitting somehow.
What a stellar and heartwarmingly delightful final season.

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
This final run of episodes has been an excellent example of how you close out a series. Can't believe there's only one left

I can't believe it's over. Such a funny, warm, beautiful end to the series.
Thank you so much for the laughs, Parks and Rec. I will truly miss seeing each and every character and the actors playing them.

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
I was never in love with Parks but I appreciate that the whole world felt like it was written by Leslie Knope. Actually holy shit I just realized Parks and Seinfeld's universes are the exact inverse of each other. Seinfeld is the evil twin. And Newman is evil Gerry

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
I honestly feel of every television show I have ever watched, these actors have without a doubt, the best chemistry. They all worked wonderfully together and the writing was always killer. This show was one of the best and I will miss it forever.
Probably gonna start it all over tonight cause I can't deal.

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
"What makes work worth doing is getting to do it with the people you love."
It's so funny that, based on how this started as an Office clone about a bumbling government official (lol srsly remember when Leslie was kind of stupid and incompetent in the first season?), no one would predict it would blossom into this show about positivity, friendship, love, and doing things to help others in the least preachy way possible. Such a treasure.

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
The entire finale had me all emotional, just because I've grown so attached to these characters and their stories and I didn't want it to be over. It is though... and it went out in a wonderful way. The Ann and Leslie reunion was great, I loved hearing Chris say "Literally" again, and Gayle Gergich looking just as young and beautiful as she ever did during Garry's funeral might have been my favourite continuation of an ongoing joke.

Re: "Parks and Recreation" (The Final Season)
A perfect finale. I'm gonna miss this show. I never counted it among my very favorites, but it was a constant, it never dipped in quality like The Office. I didn't even like Amy Poehler when this show began, for reasons I can't even remember. She won me over so hard though, Leslie Knope is such an amazing character that will hopefully be remembered forever. And to send her off with a library named after her? Just the best tension breaking you'll see on TV. #Knope2028. If only we were so lucky!
