 Full Metal Alchemist Thread This show is pretty awesome. I'm about 40 episodes in to the first run. Some of these character deaths are really getting to me though. Hughes and Scar  Seems even crueler than Game of Thrones sometimes. F U humankulai. Though I do like Lust, Greed and Glutton. "Can I eat them now?" Kind of terrifying.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist Thread It's one of the best manga/anime. I prefer the Brotherhood anime to the original anime, but both are good.
For me, more disturbing than any of the Homuculus was Shou Tucker. I almost hate reaching that point in the story.
My favorite characters are Olivier Armstrong and her brother Alex Armstrong. Envy is alright, too.

Another anime you'll probably really like is Attack on Titan. It's definitely the "it" anime/manga right now (I believe it's manga series has sold over like 15 million copies just this year alone since the anime was released). I'm only 5 episodes in, I've been waiting for more episodes to be released so I can watch them back-to-back, and it is indeed pretty great. The series carries a R-17 rating, and has many gory, tragic, ruthless moments.
