 Re: Girls/Veep (HBO) Julia Louis-Dreyfus wasn't the least funny major player in Seinfeld. Jerry was.
She has excellent comic timing in Veep...she's not getting the majority of funny lines. If I had a comedy to pitch calling for a 40-something upper-middle, attractive female, would I want her? Yeah. Would I take her over Amy Poehler? Probably not.

Re: Girls/Veep (HBO) Veep capped off quite the stellar first season there. Maybe the best episode so far.
Hannah and Marnie's fight on Girls was bizarrely realistic and believable. I dunno how Lena Dunham keeps portraying how people in this age group actually act sometimes but she's doing it!
