I liked this season a lot, but with the finale I found every sub plot to be fixed too quickly. In Season 8 could have done without any of the drama (Except with Drama) and just go back to the fun of the group. While I think Season 7 and 8 were a little rough to get through they were not as bad as season 4 and I enjoyed the finale. I love the last part with Ari, and would love a movie.

Finale, overall if you've been there since the beginning, I can't see it not being too unsatisfying. It's extremely cheesy at times, but it answers a lot of questions and its nice to see boys remain at the core while growing.

Agreed. The finale was a total letdown.

Also, I think an "Entourage" movie wouldn't do great business, to be honest. Not sure why everyone seems so set on it.

Just make an Ari Gold movie. Fuck the rest!

Actually very similar to theGun apart from S6 which I didn't like as much.

Seasons 2, 3 and 5 were the best by far. Only Seasons 4 and 6 were let downs.

I'm trying to think of 6 now. Did 6 have smokejumpers and Johnny getting fired over Soprano, and Andrew Kline.

Season 5 had Smokejumpers but the Johnny getting fired over Meadow Soprano was S6 (which also had Vince learning to drive and E's romance with the stalker-ish chick).

Ok, 5 and 6 just flowed very well together. Other than Scorcese in the end, the quality is very similar. Ashley was one crazy bitch.
