Circus is a hot mess of an album. While Blackout was all dancey, Circus tries to satisfy everyone by offering various types of songs and music.It kinda succeeds, but that's also it's main weakness.

Great songs: If U Seek Amy, Circus, Womanizer, Out From Under, Unusual You
Good one: Blur

Others don't impress me and if I'm not in a mood I skip them.

The most interesting part of this album is that bonus songs are better than some of the tracks on the album, which is rarely a case.

eww Blur is an awful song. Anyway it's a good album, that tries to please everybody. though several bonus tracks exist, and it makes me wonder what a better album Circus is with these tracks.

It's a strong set, but unlike Blackout, there are quite a few disposable tracks.

It's not quite as good as Blackout, and definitely the "bonus tracks" add to id significantly.
I think the issue here is song choice. When some of your bonus tracks are better than your album tracks (Out from Under is probably the most boring Britney Spears song ever whilst Amnesia could be one of her best) then there is a problem.

That said, it's still a great album with some killer tracks.

A good album, most of the songs are good, but the atrocious mmm papi, Lace and letter and my baby really bring this album down, this album also has two of the three best balads of spears "Out From Under" and "Unusual You" ( the other one being "Everytime"),

I love Mmm Papi too.


I think overall (maybe even without the bonus tracks...) I like this album better than Blackout; which is surprising but I think every track is strong.

Favorites=Unusual You, Circus, Mannequin, Phonography, Quicksand...
... or maybe every track except Out From Under and My Baby.
