Trump: Can you do something to draw away black supporters from Joe Biden? Kanye: On it. Not that this will materialize in the 2020 election since you can't just put yourself on the ballot. Trump's campaign started as a joke though... and Kanye would actually make sense for the Republicans in 2024. Black Trump basically. |

lBiden’s already said he’s against defunding the police, so if Kanye comes out strongly for it, he may get all the “defund the police” vote. Biden really needs Michelle Obama to be his running mate to help neutralize Kanye, other names like Kamala Harris don't really help him, |

Yeah I remember Stephen Colbert tried to pull a stunt like this once and couldn't even get on the ballot for a primary. Kanye 2024 is definitely gonna happen though. Pubs need someone that the MAGA people will support while also saying "Hey, see, we aren't racist." Kanye is pretty much the only one who can fit that bill. He is the black friend of the white supremacy. |

He could get 2-3% of the vote in Florida or something and still affect the winner if it's a toss up as usual And yes he's more likely to pull from liberal voters despite being right wing in my opinion Anyways, ftr my real political views are libertarian, I will admit to rooting for Trump in this one but it's mainly because the US could legitimately have a socialist revolution if Biden wins and they start giving the outrage mob everything they want. |

Bernie doesn’t like to play with others and his socialist views are from actually believing it. I’m not sure the Democrats have any real beliefs at this point other than what will keep them in power. BLM and the outrage mob along with some loud voices like AOC and Omar would turn the US socialist. They hate the current America the founding fathers created because it was built on slavery, and would have no problems replacing the current white supremacy America in their eyes with a new socialist ones. A BLM founder admitted they’re trained Marxists. There is so much going on that happened in communist countries. eg. Tearing down history and these public shaming “struggle sessions” are straight out of Mao’s china. The question therefore is whether the Democrats are willing to stand up to this movement if they get in (and stand up to China’s attempts to influence America to go in a communist direction). It is possible they turn around and ditch the radical lefties as soon as they get elected and go into 08-16 mode, but I wouldn’t say it’s a sure thing, after all they’d still be thinking about the next election. The recent Supreme Court decision to uphold Obama's DACA executive order also gives the president more power than ever before which would be perfect timing for the Democrats to usher in more of a centrally planned society. |

The Pubs grab every bit of low hanging fruit they can find thus why the party is full of religious bigots. AOC is popular because she actually gives a fuck about people other than herself. Without going into detail on the rest of your posts, CNN, NYT, WaPo and co. have been disgusting for several years now and I understand that there’s still many people who haven’t caught on to the utter stench that is the the current mainstream media and therefore have bought into a lot of the anti-Trumpism that is solely designed to get clicks by playing on people’s emotional hatred of Trump. It wasn’t that long ago that they were real news instead of radical left propaganda.This year has done wonders to make people lose trust in them but there’s still more room to go. For example one of the big stories that was supposed to prove Trump was a nazi, “very fine people on both sides” was taken out of context, in the full context it clearly showed his meaning was the opposite and he went out of his way to condemn the nazis. No matter how many times it’s been debunked it still gets used to show he’s a nazi sympathizer. This has happened hundreds of time, this week Kayleigh McEnany said “the science shouldn’t stand in our way” as to mean she thinks the science will support opening schools, but the media reported it as if she meant “we should ignore the science” even though the context of her quote made it completely obvious she was saying the science supported opening. This is how the news works now. Find a line that’s most anti-Trump, remove the context and feed it to the lefty crowd who would rather believe lies that support their beliefs than truths that challenge them. No Trump isn’t a perfect president and certainly not a perfect person morally, but he’s not a fascist or a nazi or a Russian spy. If anything people were mad at him for not using government power enough to shut down after the coronavirus. Democrat governors like Gretchen Whitmer seem to be acting more “fascist” than Republican ones to me. I think his main weakness is the same all presidents have lately, he’s incentivized to make the economy look good in the short term and push the consequences of it down the road until after he’s re-elected, at which point when the bubble pops it will be even worse. The world will not avoid the consequences of shutting down the economy for 4-6 months just cause they printed money to get out of it (and sickeningly, most of the money didn’t even go to the people who needed it, a lot of it went to Pelosi’s Wall Street funds, hedge fund who didn’t even shut down etc.), eventually the inflation will catch up. But this is the one thing no radical leftist will criticize him for cause they would spend and inflate even more. |
