It was a goof as I a said they came out Henry Ford 98% of the people would think it was an American invention. Ford did a masterful job of propaganda on that and to be true it was him who made it what it became.

If Bush had said it, it would have been insult to injury. Obama had no injury so it's passable.

If Obama made a mistake like that a day, like Bush practically did, then I'm sure it would be headline material.

Everyone makes slips every now and then. When you do it constantly, then it's news.
