Unless I am mistaken wasn't there a whole legal review back a few years back about McCain not being born in the US and that he could not run???

Yea, McCain was actually born in Panama. It has been brought up before but no one has bothered to question it since he was born in a US military base under US control.

And McCain flunked his H & R Block exam as a tax preparer for failing to grasp the meaning of bracketed amounts, in terms of taxing "39.6 % of the amount over $200,000". Joe the Plumber thinks that those who earn in excess of $200,000 will be facing a flat 39.6% tax on the total amount.
Or am I confused?
