 McCain vs. Bush
If the choice was McCain or a third Bush term, who would you want?
I'd go with Bush, better the devil you know and he has learned a little on the job over time and isn't as impulsive and obnoxious as he used to be.

 Re: McCain vs. Bush
Bush by a mile. While I regret supporting him twice, he's improved recently, and much more enlightened than McCain. I'd take 2008-Bush over 2004-Kerry as well.

 Re: McCain vs. Bush
Judges are my main issue and Bush has been pretty good on that front and I suspect McCain could be fairly shitty if he wants justices that uphold McCain-Feingold. So Bush.

Oh, if you ask him today, McCain would probably oppose his own bill, just like he opposes his own immigration jerkoff.

He also supports the tax cuts he said were "irresponsible" and takes credit for the GI Bill he said was "too generous" and voted against. I'd have to go with Bush as well. Sadly. Sadly.

I would pick McCain.
I know he would not pull of another Katrina.

I know he would not pull of another Katrina. Neither would Bush today, and Bush wouldn't try to kick Russia out of the G8. For all the insults and "chimpy" slurs, Bush (with an IQ of 124, thank you) did learn a lot on the job, just from a very low base.

 Re: McCain vs. Bush
I doubt Palin would have anywhere near the influence Dick Cheney has in Washington.
Joe Biden was suppose to be Obama's attack dog and John McCain brought out a pit bull.

 Re: McCain vs. Bush
I can't believe that anyone would want Bush for another 4 years over McCain. America's like a battered wife! "I swear, officer, he's a puppy dog when he's sober... no mother, he's learned from his mistakes, he swears it won't happen again! What? This black eye? I fell down the stairs is all."

 Re: McCain vs. Bush
I'll take Mccain over Bush . Never really have a problem with Mccain although his choice for VP drops him down a few notches especially when the VP has total polar views than his. Palin will probably make sure that theres no wild life left anywhere in america

As you see from the Palin pick McCain is a gambler who likes to take longshot risks. That works out well now and then but over time that's a pretty dangerous person to have with his finger on the button.
