Yea it's fake. The url reads levijohnsonpalin, while his last name is johnston and palin shouldn't be there.

Here's another one that could be real. It's set to private, though considering a blog title is "fuck the media!! Wanna know the real story??" I would say there's a fairly good chance it's real.
