Re: Palin's Email Hacked Gawker shouldnt have hacked her email to begin with. If anything I think this will only help Palin (ie. victimisation) especially because nothing really incriminating or embaressing was found.

Guy's like Cass Sunstein and Erwin Chemerinsky are Constitutional scholars. He was simply an instructor in a Con Law class and there is debate as to whether he was actually a professor. I doubt you would call McCain a military strategist simply because he had a career in the military.
