If you want to run for office, don't ever eat protein bars
John McCain press release: Quote: To: Interested Parties
From: Rick Davis, McCain Campaign Manager
Date: July 30, 2008
Re: Barack Obama's Celebrity
Barack Obama is the biggest celebrity in the world, comparable to Tom Cruise, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. As he told Congressional Democrats yesterday, he has become the "symbol" for the world's aspirations for America and that we are now at "the moment ... that the world is waiting for."
Only a celebrity of Barack Obama's magnitude could attract 200,000 fans in Berlin who gathered for the mere opportunity to be in his presence. These are not supporters or even voters, but fans fawning over The One. Only celebrities like Barack Obama go to the gym three times a day, demand "MET-RX chocolate roasted-peanut protein bars and bottles of a hard-to-find organic brew -- Black Forest Berry Honest Tea" and worry about the price of arugula.
Yet, despite all of the fans, paparazzi and media adoration, the American people still have questions: Is Barack Obama prepared to lead? Is being famous the same as being a credible commander in chief?
Like most worldwide celebrities, this status has fueled a certain arrogance. As The Washington Post reported this morning, Barack Obama has gone from his party's presumptive nominee to "its presumptuous nominee." His advisers are constantly reminded that their candidate is not actually the President of the United States, despite the "presidential" seal. On his plane, his chair reads "President." It's craven how people manipulate the stupidity of average people to their own ends. The end result is poor people that vote against their own interests because the candidate best for poor people is perceived as elitist.

WTH!
I can just see the next one in the series.
Only men like Obama suffer from such delusions as altering the Earth's axis and bypassing the theory of relativity to meet his own ends. American doesn't need this, or the easy ability to colonize planets, vote McCain!

Meanwhile, John McCain is tooling around in $500 Italian shoes. These guys are dishonest, hypocritical douche bags.

You gotta admit, for once McCain has some style. Those loafers are pretty snazzy . (I think those are the ones).

Only McCain can afford shoes that cost the monthly rent of ordinary, red-blooded, patriotic Americans. Obama couldn't afford them till after writing two books. Shit, where's the arugula when you need it?

I hate this elite crap. I hears Ben Steln say MCcain is the type you want to have a beer with. I don't want to have a beer with the Preident. I mean if we choose our presidents that way it would negated 2/3 of them at least. Some presidents like Jefferson, Adams, and Washington would have considered it beneath them to go to a pub. And I don't think you would have caught either Roosevelt or Lincoln in there either.

Now, Washington might not have wanted to go drinking with an average joe, but he did own his a fairly large distillery.

Jedi Master Carr wrote: I hears Ben Steln say MCcain is the type you want to have a beer with. Ben Stein is wholly without honesty or integrity of any kind. This is the guy who recently said that "God leads to hope and science leads to killing people" when he was shilling his anti-science movie "Expelled." He also compared Obama to Hitler because one apparently cannot speak in front of a large group of Germans without being a Nazi. Who gives a crap what this douche bag says? They pulled this same stuff with Gore and Kerry too. They tried to paint Kerry as an elitist because, get this, he was married to a wealthy HEIRESS. McCain has seven houses, wears $500 Italian loafers, and Obama, who grew up poor in Chicago is supposed to be the elitist? And btw, when was the last time the McCain campaign actually talked about McCain? Or any actual issues?

Saying you vote for someone based on you think you could be good buddies with them is just an awful way of thinking. I want someone smarter than me not some dumb schmuck as president.

Re: If you want to run for office, don't ever eat protein bars
I want a president that's embarrassingly superior to me in every conceivable way. If my president is just like me, I'd rather myself be president.
