Re: Fox news - "terrorist fist jab"
She also apologized recently by saying that it wasn't HER who thought it was a terrorist fist jab. But that's kind of Fox News's MO in getting away with stupid propaganda and rumorss. Watch how many times they'll push a smear with the vague catch phrase "Some say" or by adding a question mark to an assertion. This falls into both categories.
Obama...terrorist fist jab?
"Some say...Obama likes to drink blood from new born babies. Not us, of course. Just 'some.'" We report, you decide.

And Olbermann just beat O'Reilly in the 25-54 demo for the first time ever last week. I think that's why Fox News has been particularly unhinged lately, lashing out at NBC and CNN. While the other networks certainly have their problems, Fox News is permanently and overtly hitched to the Republican party albatross and there's nothing they can do about it.

Actually, I've been following Olbermann vs O'Reilly, and it was a few weeks ago already that Olbermann started to win out. Though maybe last week was every night?

Groucho wrote: Wake up, America!!!! The stupid thing is that the wingnuts KNOW what a fist pound is and that it's no big deal. They're simply in outrage mode. Like you said, if Obama scratches his nose, they're going to find some way to link it back to terrorism or Islam. Btw, have you seen the freeper response? Apparently the fist pound means that Obama is basically a gang-banger from the ghetto who's one step away from hanging velvet paintings and doing drive-bys in the White House. Now, how he's supposed to be both a street thug AND an out-of-touch Ivy league elitist is beyond me. But he probably manages it in the same way he is both an extreme Muslim sleeper spy AND an extreme Christian fundamentalist.

Re: Fox news - "terrorist fist jab"
You know, Fox could cut out two of these "opinion news" shows a day and do some hard international news covering tragedies and special interest stories from all over the wor... nah.

Re: Fox news - "terrorist fist jab"
Oh my God! George W Bush is a terrorist sympathizer too! No, seriously! We have proof! Look, here he is giving a terrorist fist jab yesterday! I'm certain that Fox will cover this with the same enthusiasm and lack of apology in which they covered Obama's terrorist fist jab, right? Right?

Re: Fox news - "terrorist fist jab"
What's funny is how light hearted and happy and joking and laughing she became when it moved to the Bush won. Obama fist jab: wtf is going on? what is up with that? why are they doing that? Bush chest bump: oh, haha, look at our President having some good old fashioned fun

I've been known to give a terrorist fist-jab every once and a while.

Re: Fox news - "terrorist fist jab"
From the Onion:
Fox News Racism: Intentional?
Over the past few weeks, Fox News has made racially insensitive insinuations about the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, Barack Obama, referring to his wife as his "baby mama" and calling a greeting the couple exchanged a "terrorist fist jab." What other similar incidents have occurred on Fox News?
Estimated the amount of time Obama has spent on front porches during the course of his life
Repeatedly called Obama by one of his middle names, "Hussein," while omitting the other, "Christopher Horowitz"
Have used 78 percent more sports terminology in describing Obama's campaign than McCain's
Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy involuntarily shrieked when a graphic of Obama flashed behind his shoulder
Noted that Obama looks like the Fox News team's "one friend"
Whenever he is shown exiting a limousine, journalists mention that his Escalade must be in the shop
Scored footage of Obama visiting a Russian mobile launch missile dismantling facility with the theme from Shaft
Generally biased news reporting
